When you know Ralph Nader took on the American auto industry and forced legislation on consumer rights issues as varied as seat belts and nutrition labels long before he ever ran for president, it becomes harder to dismiss him as the crazy spoiler candidate from the Green Party. And that's largely the point of An Unreasonable Man, a conventional and thorough, if at times tedious, bio doc by Steve Skrovan and Henriette Mantel the latter a former Nader colleague.
